We proudly offer Nationwide Delivery across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Free Shipping

🎉 Enjoy FREE Delivery on all orders above PKR 5,000 anywhere in Pakistan.

Orders with a total value below PKR 5,000 will be charged a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
