- The product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- You provide your Order Number along with the reason for the exchange.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

At The Mane Capsule, returns are accepted ONLY if the product is received damaged due to our side.
A return request will be approved only if:
- The parcel contains a damaged, broken, leaking, or defective product.
- You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- You provide a clear unboxing video along with photos showing the damaged product.
- Our team verifies that the damage occurred before or during shipment.
Once the claim is verified, we will either:
- Replace the damaged product free of cost, or
- Issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
β Return & Exchange Will NOT Be Accepted If:
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- You no longer want the product.
- The product has been opened or used.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (such as fragrance, texture, or individual results).
- The request is made after the allowed time period.
- Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
- Failure to provide the required proof (photos or unboxing video).

To protect both our customers and our business, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damage-related claims.
The video should:
- Start before opening the sealed parcel.
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Show the parcel being opened without any cuts or edits.
- Clearly display the damaged product.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
